Data Protection & Privacy Policy
NewHorizons Open Learning College will only require and keep on record a small amount of information about students such as name, address, contact telephone number, courses being studied, level achieved. All information is to be given freely and with the consent of the student.
No details will be shared with outside agencies or persons unless it is felt that it is necessary for the health and well-being of the student or the general public.
All information is kept in a lockable, safe place and will only be referred to with regards to the student's study with NewHorizons Open Learning College. All information will be kept for 5 years for future reference and is fully accessible to the student upon request. After 5 years all information will be shredded unless requested by the student.
